The UCLA Pre-Law Transfer Society (PLTS) is the premier organization on campus committed to supporting transfer students pursuing careers in law. Our community champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, specifically empowering students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds, non-traditional journeys, and community college transfers.

PLTS provides specialized resources and programming designed to help members successfully navigate the law school admissions process and achieve their professional goals. Throughout the year, we host targeted workshops, Q&A panels with leading law school admissions teams, LSAT preparation resources, and networking events featuring accomplished professionals from law, entrepreneurship, and business.
