Hi everyone! My name is Kayla and I'm a 2nd year transfer student! My time at UCLA has been transformative and life-changing as I have had so many amazing opportunities to explore professional and academic fields! From working with the Daily Bruin, Tau Sigma Honor Society, and TSC I'm grateful to be apart of so many amazing organizations! If I had one piece of advice for first year transfers it would be to maintain an open mind and take advantage of all of the resources UCLA has to offer! A little bit about me, I've interned with 3 law firms over the course of my undergrad from private and public sectors of law! As I prepare to graduate in June, I am currently studying for the LSAT and preparing for the law school admissions cycle this fall where I plan to practice intellectual property/copyright law as a practicing attorney! When I'm not studying or working, I like to practice reformative pilates and read horror novels. I love spending time outdoors and I will never turn down a chai latte! :)
